Effects of Trace Elements on Traits and Functional Active Compounds of Camellia oleifera in Nutrient-Poor Forests

Camellia oleifera is a major woody oilseed species in China, but it typically cultivated nutrient-poor soils and may be affected by various trace elements. This study examined how spraying selenium, boron, zinc elements the traits functional active compounds of C. under nutrient deficiency. The results revealed significant variations effects different element combinations on oleifera. Optimal concentrations selenium are critical for promoting growth development fruit. transverse diameter fruit, single fruit weight, number seeds per fresh seed oil content yield plant other treatments can increased up to 3.07%, 10.57%, 23.66%, 30.23%, 7.94%, 21.95%, respectively, at most, compared control group. Diluting from 1000 1500 times maintaining concentration 100 200 mg/L has been found beneficial growth. While low promote an increase diameter, high along with dilutions zinc, have opposite effect, leading reduction diameter. However, positively impact most effective combination was 0 mg/L, boron 4 dilution 1500. High generally oil, fertilizers effect these components. suggested choosing appropriate could improve deficiency enhance its thereby enhancing value.
